Healthy & Delicious Smoothie Recipe for Weight Loss and Energy Boost

1/4 cup frozen organic mixed berries

2-4 large leaves of kale

1 cup spinach

1 tablespoon flax seeds

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

1 teaspoonful cinnamon spice

1 teaspoonful ginger spice

1 teaspoonful maca powder

ice (optional)

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and no chunks remain. Add more plant-based milk or water to the consistency you prefer.
