The Shocking News About Dairy You Didn’t Know!

Most likely when you were growing up, you drank as much milk as possible, often straight from the carton while standing in front of the open fridge. You were told that dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese are good sources of calcium to maintain bone density and to reduce the risk of fractures.

I get it, you’re lost in today’s internet rapid information that can increase both the possibilities of getting good and bad information. You’re most likely drowned in a boundless ocean of information overload and toxicity…so be careful what you take in from the online sources.

Anyhow, I hope to shed some light on this topic once and for all so that you can finally decide for your own unique situation how dairy fits into your lifestyle to accomplish your health goals.

If you’ve followed my previous articles and videos, you have heard already about Calcium and the process of commercialized dairy products today as being UNHEALTHY for you.

One thing you need to know about the conventional, UHT (Ultra High Temperature) processed, pasteurized, denatured milk is that it is filled with disinfected pus, artificial and harmful hormones, acidity, and antibiotics is that can cause you a lot more harm than good. In fact, studies show that high dairy intake is associated with a greater risk of prostate and possibly ovarian cancer along with causing brittle bones and fractures.

You need to understand that today’s commercial dairy and milk products are mostly from A1 cows, which are a breed that has been domesticated over 10,000 years ago and selected specifically for milk production. These types of breeds are completely different from the old breeds like the Asian, African, and Jersey cows, which were healthier animals. Recent research studies also indicate that only cows bred from a pure and untainted A2/A2 genotype lineage – meaning the ancestry is complete of the A2 breed and NO A1 breed can safely claim to have genetically safe milk to start with.

That is what we want to look at when tracking back to the origin of milk when humanity decided that something meant for the calf was also meant for humans. We realized from research that there were cultures that thrived WITH and WITHOUT milk and dairy but the ones which thrived with milk and dairy products were really consuming A2 milk and used from its RAW form, which seems impossible to find these days. Now, you can go on and produce all kinds of cream, butter, yogurt, and more dairy products but the moment you are using inferior dairy, the commercial ones that you commonly see in the food markets I assure you, you are causing nothing but harm to yourself whether you feel it, like it or can tolerate it.

All, and I mean ALL people, should stay away from conventional dairy.

Unless you are living in countries like Greece and Italy, which have communities focused on bringing good quality milk back into the market, it is next to impossible to have such forms of fresh, healthful, and wholesome milk available to those who can tolerate and thrive on it (again, it’s not for everyone!). If you must have dairy, then I encourage you to flip the label and check for “unpasteurized milk”. Some of them even emphasize that they are rBST-free, which means that their cows have not been injected with artificial hormones. These hormones are extremely damaging to our bodies and cause all kinds of problems including cancer as discussed.

Personally, I grew up on my organic farm in Europe loving dairy – yet since my arrival to the United States 20 years ago, dairy has given me lots of problems from bloating, excess mucous, sinus infection, constipation, allergies, acne, yeast infections and more. I had to give it up completely a few years ago and I never look back. It wasn’t until I followed a proper detoxification regimen, restoring my immunity and terrifying my body that I realized that dairy is not a food group that I can tolerate well, even though initially I didn’t have major side effects. This may be true for you as well.

Combining the research of ancient cultures and modern science, I have found that plant-based non-dairy products such as coconut milk, hemp milk, almond milk, and so forth can result in deep and profound healing on the body instead of contaminated dairy products.

At last, it always goes back to the source of food, and how it is being made. This will determine whether it is a medicinal food or a harmful chemical. Most importantly, you need to understand that healthy dairy is one that comes from pastured-raised, pure A2 cows that are certified FREE of antibiotics, artificial hormones, and disease, which is hard to find.

If you can’t find pure dairy products, then I highly encourage you to AVOID it completely since the side effects outweigh the benefits.
